"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, that is not correct. I do not even have to send anybody on the ground to know what is happening. From the figures I have, I can tell what is happening. The farms have been improving. In fact, they are realising the required amount of money that is expected of them. At the moment, Kwa Matingi Farm has taken Stabex funds to the tune of Kshs4.3 million. They have also been funded by Kenya Planters Co-operative Union (KPCU) to the tune of Kshs12 million. The only thing that I know the hon. Member has a problem with is the current chairman. I agree that the current chairman has been messing up the society's matters.
