    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. As far as the Water Act 2002 is concerned, construction or development of water structures such as dams and boreholes is done by the NWCPC. All the money we vote for towards that end goes to that corporation which decides where those boreholes should be drilled. So, the tendering process is done by that corporation under proper procedures. However, we do not have branches in the districts for the same. We are satisfied with the way the corporation handles that matter."
