    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am just wondering whether there is any need of extending time, especially to pass unconstitutional legislation that does not recognize that “not more than two-thirds of an elected Chamber should be of the same gender”. It appears that we are moving in circles and the court will strike this legislation out and we will have to come back here to continue with the same thing. For those considerations, I do not think that this Motion is well considered."
