    "content": " Mr. Chairman, Sir, I would like to confine myself to one area and that is the amount that is to help the political parties, the Kshs1 million. Let us not emphasise that at the expense of charitable organisations as well. We know that we have lots of charitable organisations that are supplementing the work of the Government. Indeed, when a lot of people who are keen to help realise that they too can get their donations being tax-deductible, then they will help. What has not been clear is whether the Kshs1 million is only for the political parties or that also covers the charitable organisations. I hope the Minister will clarify that. With those few remarks, I beg to second."
