"content": "You are right! All Ministries are equal. There is substance in what Mr. Kiunjuri is saying. It used to be the practice that certain Ministries come at the tail end of Question Time. I think we have done away with that practice. I have ruled that all Ministries are important and that every Ministry has a chance of coming first on the Order Paper, so that Ministers will have the necessary time to answer the Questions and the Members asking Questions from those Ministries will also have the opportunity to be heard. I think we have settled that issue. I think Mr. Gichohi is listening to me very attentively and that will be done. Mr. Kiunjuri, are you happy now?"
