    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I have the greatest respect for the ruling that you have just made. However, I can see three hon. Members who are literally at pain. In view of the ruling that you have made, hon. Gitau and hon. Nyachae are very honourable Members of this House. If we leave the matter where you have suggested, we are going to open up this matter to a lot of speculation. We are going to give the impression that hon. Gitau is being denied the opportunity to provide evidence to support his allegations. I am pleading that hon. Gitau be allowed to give evidence of the allegations that he made, if any."
