However, one busy body by the name of John Harun Mwau 1638 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES June 28, 2006 went to court and stopped that intention. The original intention is still very good. What action is the Assistant Minister taking to appeal against the court ruling or ensure that the Kenya Roads Board Act is implemented the way it was originally intended, notwithstanding what John Harun Mwau wants?"
