    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the question of creating divisions without posting DOs there is common. Even in my constituency, we have two divisions that were created in 1996. The Government posted DOs to the divisions for one year and then removed them. What is the policy of the Government on the creation of divisions? Could the Assistant Minister ensure that DOs are posted to those divisions? Could he also ensure that there are facilities in those divisions, especially those in West Pokot District?"
