    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Minister's statement was quite correct and within the law. I have said that the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act does give latitude for such an arrangement. Where one helps the prosecution and the Government to recover, then the law can look kindly upon that person. Unfortunately, we have not made any breakthrough yet. There have been several inquiries but certain things need to be done to accelerate this process. I cannot say 1682 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES June 28, 2006 more than that, but we are doing everything possible to find a solution. I hope that I should be in a position to report progress to this Parliament."
