    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. The segments of the Kenya Railways Corporation which was privatised fall under the following categories. The railway line and related infrastructure; the locomotives; wagons and coaches; wagons and coaches in Kisumu, terminal wagons and some buildings required for railway operations like station buildings offices and workshops. Employees who would man the concessioned services and functions are also part of it. The rest of the buildings, land and other assets which the concessionaire does not require will be managed by the Kenya Railways Corporation, whose mandate has not changed. The unprivatised portion will, therefore, be managed by the Kenya Railways Corporation, in accordance with the Corporation's Act."
