    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 58 of the Bill be amended by deleting Subclause (2). Basically, here, we are saying that a person who has committed an offence under Subclause (1), this is maybe he has been registered twice or more than twice, in addition to whatever he has been punished for, he will not be eligible to vote in that election or in the next election. We are saying that let us not punish these people because a lot of our people sometimes are registered twice without them knowing. So, I propose we delete that."
