    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you have heard the Minister say very clearly that they took over the bank to safeguard the interests of the depositors. However, he has again contradicted himself by saying that it was with a heavy heart that he did so. He already knows that the depositors are suffering. So, he knows that what he did is causing suffering to Kenyans. Yet, we hear of personal interests in this House. We have not been told that Dr. Mullei has appointed Mr. Billow to come here and work for him."
