    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to contribute on the Budget Speech. Once more, a Budget Speech has been read, just like the previous one for the last financial year. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, just like any other hon. Member, you will realize that as this Budget is read, very little trickles down to the ground. I will give a few examples to illustrate my point. When I came to Parliament, my district had no courts of law. We have been allocating a lot of money to the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs from the time we came here in 2002. To date, we do not even have a mobile court. This is injustice to my people."
