    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT Subclause (1) of Clause 60 of the Bill be amended- (a) in paragraph (h) by inserting the words “where required under this Act or any other law to declare the result of an election” at the commencement of the paragraph; and (b) in paragraph (i) by inserting the words “except in the case of a member, officer or person authorized so to do,” at the commencement of the paragraph."
