However, perhaps, some direction is needed because I went through the Standing Orders and I found out that this kind of petition does not seem to fit in any of the instances captured therein. I stand guided and I will go through the office of the Clerk. It is only that I did not see this kind of situation in the Standing Orders and so I thought that if I raised this matter on the Floor of the House, perhaps, it would be taken seriously the way it should be."
