He is aware that a number of companies are under receivership as a result of non-payment for the work they did. It is common knowledge that the companies which are \"politically-correct\" and \"well-connected\" at the Treasury are being paid. The Assistant Minister has not even answered part \"b\" of my Question. I wanted him to table a list of firms owed money by the Government."
