Could the Assistant Minister lay on the Table a list showing the amounts those contractors requested the Government to pay them but it has refused because they owe it money? The Assistant Minister should lay on the Table the list of those companies that owe the Government money. He should also lay on the Table the list that shows the companies that the Government owes money."
