    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, in accordance with Section 101 of the Constitution of Kenya, the withdrawal of Kshs171,931,694,565 representing one half of the total net Estimates of the Recurrent and Development Expenditure made up in the manner set out in the Vote on Account Schedules laid on the Table of the House, be authorised for the purposes of meeting expenditure necessary to carry on the services of the Government of Kenya during the year ending on the 30th June, 2007, until such time as the Appropriation Act of the year comes into operation."
