    "content": "asked the Minister for Agriculture:- (a) if he is aware that Mr. Elisha Kiptanui Serem, an employee of the National Animal Husbandry Research Institute in Naivasha was severely injured by a wild animal on 17th October, 2000 at 11.05 a.m. while on duty within the Research Centre's precincts; (b) if he is further aware that the victim has incurred enormous expenses while undergoing treatment, and; (c) when he will process payment under the Workmen's Compensation Act and reimburse the victim all expenses incurred."
