    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I agree with the hon. Member that the KBC could do better to make sure it is heard in all corners of this country. The Government is looking into the possibility of funding the KBC to the extent that the KBC will be in a position to retain the best staff instead of being used by private broadcasters as a training ground where they poach KBC staff. There is no doubt that the Government is aware of the problem. The Government is looking for the monies it needs to improve the situation both for the staff and the equipment."
