    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it appears to me that this is more than an emergency. A number of schools have been affected, and in turn, a number of children in Amagoro have also been affected. This is an area where the Ministry of Education must do something very urgently. Beyond that, we know that the Ministry can mobilise resources and put up some temporary structures for those students, particularly the girls who are sleeping out in the cold. Could the Assistant consider putting up a pre-fabricated structure for those girls?"
