    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, when I was in the Cabinet, we did an analysis and found out that constructing roads in Kenya was much more expensive than in Uganda and Tanzania. That is what we found out then. Is the Assistant Minister convinced that the cost has come down? Is the current Government doing a better job now? Are we in the same level with Uganda and Tanzania? Could he also confirm that the high prices are not as a result of high levels of corruption in the construction of roads?"
