    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Minister recognised the fact that this country has 72 per cent of its population being the young people. This is what most of our previous governments failed to recognise. He looked at the role which the youth can play in order to bring about, not only strong revival of the economy, but continued growth. In trying to make the youth self-reliant, the Minister has established a Youth Fund of Kshs1 billion. This money will be utilised by the youth so that, they will not only be self-reliant, but also participate in the growth of the economy. I know that we are now in the process of working out modalities of how this money will be administered and utilised."
