I was discussing the issue of corruption and how this can be used as a saving measure to raise money to run programmes of the Government. This issue has taken too long for the Government to come to terms to, and a lot of money is being wasted on committees that address it. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the process should be expedited so that we move away from this very quickly and save funds so that we can manage our resources properly."
