    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to move that Mr. Speaker do now leave the Chair. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I feel greatly honoured to present my first Budget since becoming Minister for Finance. It is with utmost humility that I present the Budget proposals for the Financial Year 2006/2007 to this esteemed august House and to the people of Kenya, in the distinguished presence of His Excellency the President and several of my predecessors at the Treasury. Having experienced what they have all gone through during their time at the Treasury, allow me to pay my compliments to each one of them for their contribution to this economy."
