    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, a large number of Kenyans have in the past been rendered landless by tribal clashes and relocation from water catchment areas. To alleviate their suffering, in addition to the measures being taken by the Government, I am allocating Kshs400 million which in addition to the resources already held by the Settlement Fund Trustees which amount to over Kshs400 million, will be used to purchase extra land for resettling these people."
