(a) Could the Minister ascertain that the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) is withholding imported second-hand vehicles pending confirmation that they were not stolen from their countries of origin? (b) What action is he taking to ensure that the vehicles are released to the importers? (c) What long-term solution is in place to ensure that Kenyans import only Interpol-cleared and certified vehicles?"
