What action is the Assistant Minister taking to ensure that genuine Kenyan motor vehicle importers are protected? Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to tell him that as late as last week, the Japanese Embassy was still refusing to recognise the notice he is talking about. What appropriate action is he going to take to help Kenyans who do not know anything about stolen vehicles, so that they avoid problems in future?
