    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is a very serious case. A human being has disappeared. This incident happened in January, 2005. The Assistant Minister is saying that they are still carrying out preliminary investigations. By now, if the police were serious, they should have been able to come up with something more cogent than what the Assistant Minister is saying. Could he inform the House what preliminary investigations they have done? As far as the family is concerned, the police have been very slow in pursuing this matter."
