Could the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs tell us what the by-laws say about how many metres from the top of the hills can one be allowed to plant trees? What is the case with the distance allowed for planting of trees near rivers and lakes? Much of the land in my constituency is county council land that is held in trust by the people."
