    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, from the answer given by the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs, it shows that there are people who are harvesting our forests despite the fact that there is a total ban. The Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs has told us that there are 27,290 hectares of over-mature plantations. My knowledge of forestry informs me that a tree planted for commercial use is a crop and any time it over-matures the Government incurs a loss. What are they doing to save the further loss of these tree plantations?"
