    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the letter is only to the TSC instructing that they continue recoveries for those that stopped repaying loans before they had completed. However, in cases where teachers are being asked to pay and they already have completed paying, we are correcting that and instructing the TSC accordingly. Equally, if there are teachers who have over- paid, they should report this to HELB and appropriate action will be taken."
