    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I need your help! The consultations are too loud, particularly on the Government side. The Frontbench of the Government of National Unity (GNU) is actually making noise! Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, that is an issue that needs to be addressed, when new districts are created. A provincial commissioner should not be allowed to change things by a word of mouth. He should wait for gazettement. That is the law. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the transfers of district officers and chiefs to other districts is illegal. They do not follow the boundaries that have been gazetted. At the moment, that is causing a lot of problems. Otherwise, I support the Motion. That ends my contribution. Thank you."
