Whether you like it or not, they are there and they have the right to share in the resources of this country. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, when we are talking about Kenya, we do not refer only to the population of Kenya but also to the land. That is why we do not have borders between our people but we have borders with nations. When we are singing our national anthem, there is always reference to the issue of our borders. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, some of us are prepared to die for the creation of these districts. We are also prepared to die with other people if there is any move by this Government not to gazette them because of the small population.
