    "content": "THAT, in view of the fact that there are 71 districts in the country which are currently operational; aware that these districts are catered for in the National Budget through financial allocations; cognizant of the fact that out of the 71 districts only 46 are legally established and aware that an additional 55 districts have been gazetted, this House do grant leave for an introduction of a Bill for an Act of Parliament to amend the Districts and Provinces Act of 1992 to validate the 80 gazetted districts which are not legally established."
