    "content": "I am going further. Just listen! This Government is acting in the best interest of Kenyans to refuse to pay for that sort of contract. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the hon. Member talked about the lawyers from France. They have an office in the Netherlands and they are well known by this Government. That is why they have been retained to do that job. I did state that the orders are of a conservatory nature. The substantive case has not been brought for hearing. In fact, it is very much at a preliminary stage. That is why we are not even worried about it. We have no reason at all to worry about that because we do not even know who those people are. The address they claim to be theirs is wrong."
