    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the fact that we have left the matter to the police is an indication that we do not believe in any interference. In fact, the police has taken up the matter. There had been allegations that some students committed this act but the victim has been unable to tell us who they are. So, until we are told that, the allegation is neither here nor there. The BOG has also said that it will co-operate with the investigators on this case. That is according to the Press Statement that Mrs. Mugo issued this morning.
