We are in the 4th year since it came to power but Kenyans are still waiting for the promised jobs to be created. Reviving the Kenya Industrial Estates would have been the best way to create jobs to jobless Kenyans. Could the Assistant Minister tell the House how much money has been allocated to the Kenya Industrial Estates, specifically in Homa Bay District?"
