I did not ask about the North Rift, but specifically about West Pokot. He is trying to camouflage West Pokot with North Rift. However, West Pokot is not the North Rift. He has said other Government departments spent money in the disarmament exercise, but he has not told us what the money was spent on. That is the crux matter.
