    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I was saying that prevention of conflicts is so important. Without security even in Nairobi City, you cannot move along River Road. So, our people in Africa need the services of the Pan African Parliament. It is a shame to us as a continent and as a country, that we are yet to raise an army for the African Union through the Pan African Parliament. I remember the other day President Yoweri Museveni talking about Somalia in the United Nations. He said: \"Before you have a country, the first word is \"army, army and army\"."
