    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- THAT, taking into consideration that most developed countries have banned genetically-modified foods and products due to their dangers to human beings and the environment; further aware that the Government has not put in place any policy guidelines to guard against the introduction of such foods and products in this country, this House urges the Government to ban all genetically-modified products in Kenya."
