    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to assure the hon. Member that the Government is not and will not institutionalise tribalism. This Government is against tribalism and personally, I am against tribalism. Therefore, I would like to assure the hon. Member that on-the- 1272 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES June 13, 2006 spot checking will be done to establish the exact number of these squatters. We will explore all ways of assisting them. However, at the moment, that particular area belongs to individual members and it cannot be given to somebody else."
