    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) Kenya has no foreign trawlers licensed to do fishing along its territorial waters. However, 33 long liners and 33 purse seiners have been licensed as foreign vessels to operate in the exclusive economic Zone (EEZ). (b) In the Financial Year 2005/2006, my Ministry collected Kshs91 million as Appropriations-in-Aid (AIA) from licensing of the long liners and purse seiners."
