    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I was saying that the directors failed to exercise due care and diligence in accordance with the Companies Act, Cap.486 and I wanted to know from the Minister what action he has taken, or the Government intends to take, against those directors who are responsible for the collapse of the company. At the same time, I would like to find out from the Minister whether he intends to bail out this company which is very important, as he said, to this country. Mr. Speaker, Sir, last year, this House passed a policy Paper giving guarantees to the tune of Kshs2 billion to Kenya Farmers Association. If we can give a guarantee of much less than that to the suppliers and creditors of this company, that company will continue trading. Could the Minister also consider that suggestion?"
