    "content": "This Bill seeks to protect open spaces that are meant for recreational activities such as parks for people to enjoy. A clear example is the other day when the City Council had to demolish a church which had been put up at Uhuru Park. There was nothing that we could have done to protect the park. The Bill seeks to allow the registration of private museums. It also seeks to give more time to those who may want to appeal against certain decisions that the Minister or museums might have taken on any issue. Currently, the period given is only one month, but once this Bill is passed, we will give---"
