    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister has told us that one of the conditionalities that the Chinese Republic is giving is that, the works must be undertaken by a Chinese firm. In the same location there is a project which is going on; the Serem-Kipsigak Road, which is also being undertaken by a Chinese firm and they are doing an excellent job. Since they are already mobilised and they are on the ground, could the Minister consider recommending to the Chinese Republic that they give these works to that same company?"
