    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is a very serious situation that Kenyans are living in. Kenya is losing a lot of money to Uganda because of the cut-off points. We have also heard that maybe the education system in Uganda is better than Kenya. It has taken a long time for the Government to address this issue. Can we be convinced that what the Assistant Minister is saying is true while we continue losing all this money to the Ugandan Government? The Government should change our system of education because that is where the problem lies."
