    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we are already making quite a great deal of progress. We have got support from the Italian Government and we hope that, in the next one year or so, these institutions will also be admitting students for degree courses. They will also retain their June 8, 2006 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 1241 unique characters as diploma training institutions. This depends on when we complete but we hope that we will do it as soon as possible. This will also apply to other institutions that we would like to upgrade in order to accommodate more students."
