    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The reason for the acute shortage of water in Kajiado District is not completely as a result of the last drought. Most of the residents of Kajiado District get their water from the Noolturesh Water Pipeline and Conservation, which comes from a river in Loitoktok. The reason for acute water shortage, especially in Kajiado and Loitoktok towns is because that pipeline was constructed without taking into consideration the population growth in the area. Could the Minister consider providing a new modern pump at the source of the Noolturesh River that can serve Loitoktok and its environs, such that more water can be released to Kajiado District?"
