There should be an independent disciplinary committee in the Kenya Police to deal with disciplinary cases. In most cases, senior officers who have grudges against junior officers or have extra-marital affairs with the wives of the junior officers, punish the junior officers in order to achieve their goals. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, are there plans in the Ministry to establish an independent disciplinary committee in the Police department?"
